A vital Funded Activity Agreement (FAA) between Conservation International (CI) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF) has launched the Sustainable Landscapes Project in Eastern Madagascar. CI is co-implementing this multi-million dollar project with the European Investment Bank investing in sustainable landscape measures to enhance resiliency of smallholder farmers and reduce green-house gas emissions in two key landscapes of eastern Madagascar. This effort will mobilize both the public and private sector and prepare smallholders to ultimately access private sector capital, providing a pathway out of extreme vulnerability and dependency.
We believe strongly in the power of visual storytelling to educate, inspire and effect change. Conservation International's filmmakers spotlight the people, challenges and successful projects that our programs are pioneering. Watch, share and reach out if you would like to learn more.
